美团升级旅行订单应急服务政策：所有境内订单可免费取消

1月24日，根据疫情最新情况，美团宣布即日起升级旅行订单应急服务政策，将免费取消范围扩大到所有境内订单，具体如下：
1. 酒店、民宿：美团已于1月22日发起“绿色通道”保障计划。响应计划的商家将无条件为2月8日（正月十五）前入住的订单提供免费取消保障。其他暂未响应的境内酒店商家、民宿商家，美团将积极协调为用户免费取消或改期。
2. 景区门票及度假：使用期为2月8日（正月十五）前的所有境内景区门票、度假订单，均可免费取消。同时，多家文博单位和旅游企业陆续宣布闭馆或取消活动，美团将根据最新政策主动联络用户为其免费取消订单并退款。
3. 机票、火车票：根据民航总局、铁路12306政策，自1月24日0时起，此前已购买民航机票、全国铁路火车票的旅客自愿退票的，不收取任何费用。建议用户在美团App“我的订单”详情页自助办理退款。
