近日，一份《关于文峰区宝莲寺袁薛庄村被迫停止通信服务的公告》（下称“公告”）在网上引发关注。公告内容显示，中国移动、中国联通、中国电信三大运营商和中国铁塔集体中断服务，“运营商及铁塔公司暂时无法提供贵村内手机通信相关的服务，也不再受理贵村的网络信号投诉。”
