天眼查数据显示，1月10日，北京拜克洛克技术服务有限公司发生工商变更，ofo创始人戴威退出法定代表人、执行董事和经理，由朱爱莲接任。此外，张巳丁退出监事，由袁雪云接任。
北京拜克洛克技术服务有限公司成立于2017年8月，注册资本100万人民币，戴威持有该公司70%的股份，为公司最大股东；联合创始人杨品杰和于信分别持股20%和10%，为公司第二和第三大股东。
值得注意的是，天眼数据显示，2020年开年以来，ofo运营主体东峡大通（北京）管理咨询有限公司已新增9条被执行人信息，累计执行标的约1009万。
