新京报讯（记者魏帅）1月8日，在新京报第15届超级汽车颁奖典礼上，国家发展改革委综合运输研究所城市交通中心主任程世东发表主题演讲，他表示，无人驾驶、汽车共享后，交通拥堵一定会加重。程世东认为，小汽车的拥有和使用是两回事，对交通来讲是两回事。
