日前，有外媒报道称，美国计划将“源自美国技术”的标准从25%的比重，下调至10%，以权力阻断台积电等非美国企业向华为供货。报道称，台积电内部评估，7nm源自美国技术比重不到10%，可以继续供货，但14nm将受到限制。
