11月13日下午两点多，有网友在某高级酒店的餐厅偶遇了深陷“被限制消费”风波的王思聪。该网友晒照表示自己喝下午茶碰见了“国民老公”，半个餐厅的服务员都跑去为他服务，导致自己连买单都没人管。
网友还拍下了王思聪玩手机的样子，照片中，王思聪身穿橘色上衣专心盯着手机界面，他的状态似乎不错，没有憔悴的样子，该网友还表示王思聪此次没有携带女伴。
从网友晒出的下午茶照片来看，糕点非常精致，据悉该酒店的下午茶人均消费500元左右，有网友随后质疑王思聪被禁止高消费，应该不能吃这么贵的下午茶才对。偶遇王思聪的那名网友则调侃称可能王思聪和她一样是团购的下午茶。
