Terms of Service

By using chat features from Google (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the Google Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, as well as these additional terms (collectively the “Terms of Service”). Chat features allow you to message others at their telephone numbers, so messages will go through Google and in some cases through other service providers to reach those telephone numbers. You agree that you and your contacts may occasionally be checked for chat feature capabilities to provide the Service. Google may occasionally exchange your device information, including device identifiers or SIM card information, with your carrier to verify your telephone number and to provide the Service. These Terms of Service do not apply to the features and services provided by your carrier (e.g., carrier calling and messaging, including SMS/MMS/etc.). You can discontinue your use of the Service by turning it off in your messaging application’s settings.

The Service is provided by, and you’re contracting with, Jibe Mobile, Inc. located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, except in the European Economic Area and Switzerland, where the Service is provided by, and you’re contracting with, Jibe Mobile Limited, located at 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland.
