副部长陈肇雄宣布 5G 商用正式启动 … 会上，陈肇雄表示：网络设施不断完善 ， 4G 用户数均稳居全球首位，网络下载速率提升到全球中上水平。5G 商用进程加快，北京、上海、广州、杭州等城市城区已实现连片覆盖，预计年底，全国将开通 5G 基站超过 13 万座。
