宣布，WeWork 已经收到软银 15 亿美元的融资费用，这标志着软银加速兑现了其现有付款承诺，由 WeWork 股东批准每股报价 11.6 美元 … 此外，WeWork 董事会管理层变更也于今日正式生效，经过调整后的 WeWork 董事会包括 10 名董事，其中由软银或其愿景基金任命的董事五名，由现有投资方基准资本和弘毅投资任命的董事两名。
