安进拟 27 亿美元收购百济神州 20.5% 股权，携手进军全球肿瘤药物市场

已与生物药巨头（Amgen）达成全球肿瘤战略合作关系，将获得「安进」公司 3 款成熟肿瘤产品在中国的开发和商业权利 … 同时，「安进」将以约 27 亿美金，或美国存托股票（ADS）每股 174.85 美元的价格，购入 20.5% 的百济神州股份。此次交易预计将于 2020 年第一季度完成。完成之后，「安进」将在「百济神州」董事会获得一个席位。
