心率变异性(HRV)

定义：心率变异性(Heart RateVariability，HRV)是指逐次心跳RR间期(瞬时心率)之间存在的微小差异或微小涨落现象。
产生因素：包括脑的高级神经活动、中枢神经系统的自发性节律活动、呼吸活动以及由压力、化学感受器传入的心血管反向活动等。
主要机理：HRV信号中蕴含了有关心血管调节的大量信息，对这些信息的提取和分析可以定量评估心脏交感神经和迷走神经活动的紧张性、均衡性及其对心血管系统活动的影响。HRV的检测在国内外已广泛应用于临床，在交感神经活动增强时，HRV减小，副交感活动增强时，HRV增大。
