以下版本首次运行会在 %temp%\.net\ShadowsocksR\ 释放运行库，若有各种清理软件、Windows 更新等误删则会造成运行出错，删除该目录下的所有文件即可重新释放
运行文件夹内 clean.cmd 即可清理释放的文件
