近日，任正非在运营商BG变革研讨会上发表讲话。其中谈到地区部人事改革时，任正非将降等降级降职作为人事能力不足的惩罚后果，让不少华为人心上一紧。运营商财经网获悉，这次会议主要内容是优化公司结构。而现在华为的不少部门由于重复建平台，增加了不少重复性劳动，虽说创造了不少就业机会，但却导致了人浮于事、人多事少的局面。
