7月22日，据国内媒体报道，一位中国移动用户去世，其亲属试图前往营业厅办理手机号过户，却被客服告知“需双方本人到场”才能办理。据悉，今年3月，黄某相依为命的哥哥去世，因家中大小业务包括自己低保都预存着哥哥手机号，他就带着哥哥死亡证明去移动营业厅办理号码过户，但屡被以“需双方本人到场”为由拒绝。
