近日，中国工程院院士倪光南做客安徽卫视《品格》节目，谈论了中兴、华为事件。倪光南表示，从中兴事件看我国的第一个短板就是芯片，人家美国可以卡你芯片，后来华为事件上人家卡脖子用了另外一个短板，那就是软件，基础性的工业软件，我们不行，有一个短板就会被人家卡脖子。
