新浪科技讯北京时间7月9日晚间消息，IBM周二宣布以340亿美元正式收购红帽。IBM的股价在盘前并未发生波动，而红帽的股票则是停牌状态。这笔交易最初公布于去年十月，当时两家公司表示IBM将会以每股190美元的价格，用现金购买红帽的所有股份。
