程序员 - @keepeye - 我是鼻窦炎引起的咽炎，好多年了，有时候会感到恶心，喉咙痒。吃药有效果，比如慢严舒柠，但总不能长期吃药吧，所以在症状较轻的情况下有没有什么东西泡茶喝即可以补充水分又可以抑制慢性咽炎的症状呢呢？
