铅笔道7月2日讯，申通快递发布控股股东持股结构变更的进展公告。公告显示，申通快递大股东德殷控股已经将其持有的德殷德润49%股权转让给阿里巴巴，并已经办理了工商变更登记手续，阿里巴巴成为持有德殷德润 49% 股权的股东，为此将支付人民币对价46.7亿元。
2019年3月，申通快递就发布公告称，阿里巴巴将投资46.65亿元入股申通快递控股股东公司德殷控股。
此后，申通快递控股股东德殷控股拟以转让或增资的形式分别向其全资子公司德殷德润、恭之润出让德殷控股所持上市公司 457,709,848 股(占申通快递总股本 29.90%)及 246,459,149 股(占申通快递总股本 16.10%)股份，同时为引入阿里巴巴作为德殷德润的战略投资者，德殷控股将其持有的德殷德润 49%股权转让给阿里巴巴，阿里巴巴为此将支付人民币对价46.7亿元。
