美国将华为列入“实体清单”后，FedEx联邦快递在没有任何通知和解释的情况下，将华为包裹转寄到美国，官方随后致歉称只是极少数包裹的运送错误，我国有关部门也启动了调查程序。还有曝料称，联邦快递拒绝将工厂的芯片发往华为，必须退回。
