微软 GitHub 收购一个付费代码工具，然后免费开放了

雷锋网消息：2019 年 6 月 17 日， 微软宣布收购 GitHub 工具供应商 Pull Panda ，具体收购金额不详。微软计划使用 Pull Panda 的技术来改进 GitHub 上的代码审查工作流程，减少周转时间，更快地交付代码。
Pull Panda 成立至今已有一年半，它主要提供三个功能来改进代码评审过程：

Pull Reminder：在需要检查查询请求时向管理员发送 Slack 通知；

Pull Analytics：可深入了解团队流程效率；

Pull Assigner：可自动向团队分配任务和代码、确保无人过载 。
目前，GitHub 市场有一个叫“Pull Panda”的应用程序，该应用程序能够免费提供这三种 Pull Panda 工具。微软正在停止企业计划订阅，但将继续通过 Pull Panda 的在线服务为现有的企业计划客户提供支持。
这意味着原本需要付费订阅的 Pull Panda 能够被免费使用了。
