在2019台北电脑展期间，ServeTheHome的PatrickKennedy意外发现了一颗来自中科海光（HYGON）的处理器产品。2016年的时候，AMD携手THATIC成立了一家合资公司，旨在开发专门面向国内服务器市场的定制处理器（SoC）。其基于当时最新的Zen架构打造，主要是在霄龙（EPYC）处理器的基础上，添加了一些细微的改动。
