5 月 22 日， 彭博社 报道称，美国正在考虑是否将旷视科技、浙江大华技术股份有限公司、海康威视和其他两家中国公司列入 “实体名单”，禁止美国企业向他们出售美国的组件或软件。
5 月 23 日下午，针对外媒报道关于 “旷视等几家中国视频监控公司将被美国列入’ 实体名单’” 的消息，旷视科技回应称，我们已经关注到国际媒体的相关报道，该报道内容尚未得到证实，具体情况还在核实中。
