“买了票却上不了火车”在五一假期期间引发热议，不少乘客“买短乘长”、“买短补长”的做法导致列车运力超载，很多正常买票的乘客反而无法上车，而官方对此也没有什么好办法，只能呼吁乘客遵守规定，而上车补票的做法，恰恰是官方允许的。或许，香港高铁的做法值得学习和借鉴。
