每次烧开水后,都希望趁着变凉之前喝完了,因为脑子里总有个声音:反复烧开的水不能喝。有人说反复多次烧开就会导致大量的矿物质成分残留在剩下的水中,浓度很高,饮用之后会增加肝、肾、胃、肠结石的风险;也有人说反复烧开的水很容易导致水中的亚硝酸盐含量升高,喝了以后会中毒;还有人说喝反复烧开的水容易致癌。
