简单介绍一下一直令我苦恼的难题. 18年我入职了一家教育集团, 公司规模很大, 但整体感觉不太互联网. 有些地方是有各种制度红线的 (公司大了这种情况会更多,我表示理解) 我入职的部门相对比较落后,甚至客观的说可以用 "腐朽"这个词. 主要表现:
