在劲敌虎牙上市将近一年后，斗鱼上市的消息终于尘埃落定。
美东时间22日周一，斗鱼国际提交IPO申请，寻求以DOYU为代码在美国纽交所上市，最高融资5亿美元。承销商为摩根士丹利、摩根大通和美银美林。
招股书显示，2016年、2017年和2018年，斗鱼调整后年度净亏损分别为7.558亿元人民币、5.942亿元和8.185亿元，全年分别拥有9870万、1.821亿和2.536亿注册用户。
2018年第四季度，斗鱼平均有1.535亿月活用户，同比增长14.3%。2016年和2017年的平均季度月活用户分别为8560万和1.126亿。
