新浪科技讯 北京时间4月18日早间消息，据美国财经媒体CNBC报道，图片社交网站 Pinterest 周三以每股19美元的价格通过IPO融资14.3亿美元，对应估值为100亿美元。

Pinterest有望于周四在纽交所上市，他们最初的IPO定价区间为15至17美元。虽然 Lyft 股价在IPO后表现不佳，但投资者似乎很看好Pinterest。

Pinterest去年的营收增长60%，达到7.56亿美元，净亏损仅为6300万美元，已经非常接近盈利。但Pinterest的IPO估值还是低于他们在2017年的融资中获得的120亿美元估值。

Pinterest是今年首批上市的大型科技公司，其上市时间与视频会议公司 Zoom 相仿。专车公司Lyft已于3月率先上市，但其股价已经较IPO发行价下跌19%。

2010年由 谷歌 前员工本·西尔伯曼（Ben Silbermann）和 Facebook 前设计师伊万·夏普（Evan Sharp）创办的Pinterest，目前的用户已经达到2.65亿。该公司凭借快速增长在2012年进入主流视野，但由于决策速度较慢等职场文化问题，导致后来的扩张降温。

按照发行价计算，西尔伯曼持有的Pinterest股票价值近10亿美元。Bessmer Ventures持有11.3亿美元股票，FirstMark持股价值8.44亿美元，Andreessen Horowitz持有8.27亿美元。
