@马伯庸：看到西安奔驰车主维权，想起一件往事。好多年前我刚买了一辆新车，牌子挺大。我开着车，高高兴兴草原上自驾了几圈，结果发现天窗关不严。我找了当时赤峰唯一一家该品牌授权4S店，说你们给我调调天窗。我从中午等到晚上六点，结果出来个经理，说您这车呀，暂时交不回去了。
