新浪科技讯，华为心声社区刊登任正非在消费者BG“军团作战”誓师大会上的讲话，任正非称，公司（华为）已经发文停止对一般性岗位的社招，谁偷偷社招，要处分、问责。任正非表示，目前公司处于战略结构转移时期，一定要把产品线变成“尖刀”能够在市场上直插机会窗，这时候就需要裁减一些普通的产品线。
