3月24日凌晨，网约车司机陈江（化名）在湖南省常德市被害身亡，嫌疑人是一名19岁的乘客。当天下午，常德市鼎城区公安局发布通告称：经公安机关初步调查，3月23日深夜，犯罪嫌疑人杨某淇(男，现年19岁，武陵区人)搭乘网约车从武陵区前往江南城区。
