据港媒消息，今天3月18日凌晨3时许，香港地铁两辆列车发生相撞，这也是港铁1979年通车以来第一次发生这类事故，所幸相撞列车属于测试系统，并非搭载乘客的运营车辆。据悉，本次事故发生在港铁中环站，距离站台约100米，两辆列车在测试新系统期间相撞，损毁严重。
