站长之家(ChinaZ.com) 3月7日 消息:据环球网报道，今日，华为在深圳总部举行发布会，在会上，华为发表声明称因美国政府禁止华为设备进入某些网络决定起诉美国政府，华为有证据表明美国政府涉嫌入侵华为服务器。这是华为方面针对西方市场封锁采取的最新回应。
据了解，这是华为针对美国《 2019 财年国防授权法》第 889 条的合宪性向美国联邦法院提起的诉讼，请求法院判定这一针对华为的销售限制条款违宪，并判令永久禁止该限制条款的实施。
华为认为，限制条款不仅妨碍了华为为美国消费者提供更先进的5G技术，数字鸿沟加剧。根据行业预测，允许华为进入市场竞争可使整个行业的无线网络基建费用减少15%至40%，从而在四年间为北美地区运营商节省至少 200 亿美元开支。
