【检方对“涞源反杀案”女生父母也认定正当防卫，决定不起诉】2019年2月24日，涞源县公安局以王某某行为属于正当防卫为由，终止侦查，解除取保候审，以王新元、赵印芝（涉事女生父母）涉嫌犯故意杀人罪重新移送审查起诉。检察机关认为，本案行为属特殊正当防卫，对王磊的暴力侵害行为可采取无限防卫，不负刑事责任。
