财联社2月25日讯，上周大众点评调整消息发酵后，美团点评于2月22日（上周五）公布了新一轮人事调整，但该邮件只发送给了总监及高管层。
王兴在全员内部信中对大众点评的作用做了明确表示：点评平台更名为点评App部，负责“大众点评”App相关的产品策划、内容运营和研发工作，以PDC为基础，UGC为核心，大力做内容运营，激励用户成长，做公平可依赖的在线查找平台。
任命黄海为负责人，向王慧文汇报。原基础研发平台上海业务安全中心，移动至点评App部，职责不变。负责人邵纪东向黄海汇报；成立异地产品部，由原境外度假业务部美食&购物组，整合原平台产品部异地相关职责组成，负责整体异地和海外场景下的产品策划和运营，以提升用户在异地的体验为目标。任命乐佳璐为负责人，向黄海汇报；其他组织保持不变。
