vivo在微博转发了一条名为iQOO的微博，并配文“Hello，this is iQOO”。而iQOO在微博的认证信息与vivo同为“维沃移动通信有限公司”。
vivo表示iQOO为全新子品牌将独立于vivo运营，并且价格以往vivo的产品价格不同，将冲击5000+以上的价位，打造全新的旗舰系列。
