据 新浪科技 报道，美股交易数据显示， 微软 CEO 萨蒂亚·纳德拉（Satya Nadella）于 2019 年 2 月 6 日以每股 106.01 美元的平均价格出售了微软 267466 股股份。纳德拉此次售股的总额为 2840 万美元。自纳德拉售股以来，微软股价下跌了0.32%。
此前，在去年8月份，据 CNBC 报道，纳德拉曾卖掉了自己所持有的近三分之一的微软普通股，当时微软股价接近历史最高水平。此次股票出售给纳德拉带来了 3500 多万美元的收入。他在多笔交易中卖出了 328000 股，价格从 109.08 美元到 109.68 美元不等。
据当时的报道称，纳德拉仍拥有 778596 股普通股。他 2017 年的年薪为 145 万美元，总薪酬超过 2000 万美元。微软的一位发言人曾在一封电子邮件中表示，“股票剥离是由于个人财务规划和资产多元化。萨蒂亚致力于公司的持续成功，他所持有的股份大大超过了微软董事会设定的要求。”
