根据莫斯科法庭的命令和电信监管机构 Rozcomnadzor 的要求，Google 和主要俄罗斯搜索引擎如 Yandex、Mail.ru、 Rambler 和 Sputnik 从搜索结果中完全屏蔽了 786 个盗版网站。俄罗斯 ISP 也受命永久性屏蔽了这些网站。普京在今年 7 月签署了一项法律，要求电信监管机构维护一个黑名单，同时识别绕过黑名单的网站、服务和软件（即 VPN 之类的工具）。这项法律于 11 月 1 日正式生效。Rozcomnadzor 没有公布 786 个网站的名字。
