1月25日消息，据裁判文书网于14日下达的判决书显示，就2017年浙江男子骑小黄车猝死一案，法院判决ofo在其死亡中无过错，但应支付其家属15万元经济补偿。根据判决书中所述案情，2017年7月25日下午，死者于莫干山路与余杭塘路交叉口，通过支付宝扫码方式启用被告拜克公司投放的“ofo共享单车”（以下简称小黄车），骑行小黄车至莫干山路和石祥路交叉路口附近时，从小黄车上摔下倒地昏迷。
