华为创始人任正非公开警告可能会裁员。“未来几年，整个大形势应该没有想象中那么乐观，我们要有过苦日子的准备。” 任正非在致华为员工的一封邮件中说道。他还表示，需要修正一些不切实际的目标。“也要放弃一部分平庸的员工，降下人力成本来。”这一警告发出之际，华为引发的安全担忧在整个西方世界愈演愈烈。任正非的讲话是去年 11 月对高管发表的，这次是首次全文发给雇员。
