新浪科技讯 北京时间12月19日下午消息，据路透社援引知情人士消息称， 腾讯 投资的互联网券商富途证券已秘密申请在美国IPO，最高融资5亿美元。
知情人士称，富途证券计划2019年初在纽约上市交易，该公司的目标估值约为25亿美元。富途证券已经聘请 高盛 和 瑞银 协助IPO。
富途证券未回复置评请求，高盛和瑞银不予置评。
尽管有腾讯支持，富途证券更倾向在纽约上市，其中一位消息人士指出，部分原因是在纽约上市更快，而最近在香港上市的股票表现都不好。
