据第一财经记者独家获悉，罗永浩已先后接触过百度、华为、阿里等方面，寻求接盘，但与前两者均未谈妥，与阿里方面也就价格方面陷入僵局。此前，业内曾有传言称360手机与锤子科技正在洽谈合并事宜，但此事后来被周鸿祎否认。第一财经据此向以上几方求证，截至发稿，百度与阿里方面均未回应。
