新南威尔士禁止小学生使用手机
澳大利亚新南威尔士州政府计划减少网络欺凌以及减少学生不必要的分心，为了达到这一目的，新州公立小学明年起将实施手机禁令。此次改变是由儿童心理学家 Michael Carr-Gregg 博士在 6 月份接受委托进行审查之后发生的。该审查收到了包括 1.4 万份调查答复以及 80 份书面材料，还指出了学生们所分享的陌生人的露骨照片以及欺压行为。公立中学可以选择在该禁令颁布时加入，也可以自行决定允许手机使用的程度。
