苹果回应“iPhone 禁售令”，表示消费者仍可在中国买到所有型号

根据高通日前发布的 声明 ，中国一家法院已初步裁定，禁止苹果在中国市场进口和销售几乎所有型号 iPhone。据悉，受该禁令影响的 iPhone 机型包括 iPhone 6s、iPhone 6s Plus、iPhone 7、iPhone 7 Plus、iPhone 8、iPhone 8 Plus 和 iPhone X。
苹果已经对该禁令的范围提出质疑，称禁令仅适用于运行较旧操作系统的 iPhone。苹果表示，中国消费者仍可购买所有型号 iPhone 手机。
福州市中级人民法院认为，苹果侵犯了高通的两项软件专利，主要涉及在触摸屏上调整图片大小和管理应用程序这两方面。苹果表示，当前在售的 iPhone 都预装 iOS 12，该版本系统并未违反相关专利。
“高通公司寻求禁售我们产品的这一努力，是其采取的绝望举动，该公司的非法行为正受到全球监管机构的调查，”苹果在一份声明中表示。 “所有 iPhone 型号仍然面向我们在中国的客户。”苹果还表示将通过法院追究所有法律选项。
