称“火力值”无法正常提现 女主播起诉火山小视频

【TechWeb】12月6日消息，据海淀法院网消息，因无法将粉丝赠送和平台奖励的“火力”提现，原告范女士将被告北京微播视界科技有限公司诉至法院，要求其支付原告“火力”折算的人民币共计137476.2元。
原告范女士称，2017年12月其在火山小视频APP上注册了账号，注册至今，其在火山小视频APP上发布视频若干，并进行多次直播，期间收到观众赠送、平台奖励的火力值共计340余万，根据火山小视频的“火力”折算规则，10直播“火力”=0.4元，原告的全部“火力”折算人民币共计137476.2元。2018年7月，范女士向被告申请将“火力”折算成人民币提现，但并未成功。
原告范女士认为，被告北京微播视界科技有限公司未按照约定向其支付直播报酬，严重侵犯了其合法权益，遂将北京微播视界科技有限公司诉至法院。
