铅笔道12月4日讯，乐视网裁定结果公布，查封、扣押或者冻结公司等9002万元财产。
11月9日，乐视网披露了《关于公司涉及诉讼（仲裁）事项的公告》。近期，根据北京市第一中级人民法院的《民事裁定书（申请人：天弘创新）》，裁定如下：查封、扣押或者冻结被申请人乐视网、乐乐互动体育文化发展（北京）有限公司、北京鹏翼资产管理中心（有限合伙）名下价值9002万的财产。
《裁定书》指出，在关联方公司未满足前述现金偿还情况下，上市公司优先要求以FF相关资产或股权抵偿债务。
