据 彭博社 援引知情人士消息，腾讯音乐娱乐集团暂时计划 12 月 4 日开始就 IPO 接受投资者认购，目标 12 月 12 日在纽约挂牌交易。
知情人士称，腾讯音乐本次 IPO 总发行规模将小于 10 亿美元，估值在 220 亿到 250 亿美元之间，目前已获超过 10 倍的机构认购意向。目前敲定的机构投资者全部为长线基金，他们认为目前的价格为后市的上涨留足了空间。
对此消息，腾讯音乐表示不予置评。
