问与答 - @xiaqi - 自感觉能力不是很符合领导开我的薪资，感觉给高了。一直都觉得拿多少钱做多少事，然后，给高了好像不主动去承担多点事情让我觉得很难过，然后又不想太多的压力压着。所以纠结要不要跟领导说下给我降薪？
