消息称同程艺龙将于 12 月在港交所上市

据微信公众号“ IPO 早知道 ”报道，同程艺龙将于本周四通过港交所聆讯，12 月正式在港交所上市。据称该公司将通过 IPO 募集 10 亿美元资金。招银国际、摩根大通和摩根士丹利将担任本次 IPO 的主承销商。
根据之前的消息，同程艺龙于今年 6 月 21 日向港交所递交 招股书 。根据招股书披露的信息，同程艺龙最大股东为腾讯，持有 47621574 普通股，持股占比 24.92%。携程为第二大股东，持有 43723978 普通股，持股占比 22.88%。
同程艺龙招股书显示，二者合并的平均月活跃用户已经从 2015 年的 8870 万增长到 2017 年的 1.2 亿，复合年增长率 16.9%。同程和艺龙的合并平均月付费用户从 2015 年的 390 万增长到 2017 年的 1560 万，复合年增长率 99.6%。同程艺龙已于 2017 年实现盈利，净利润为 1.94 亿元人民币。
同程艺龙主要在腾讯旗下平台和自家的网站、移动应用上提供旅游产品。其中腾讯旗下平台合并平均月活 7960 万，同程艺龙 app 与移动网页的平均月活用户为 2790 万，同程艺龙网站的平均月活用户为 1370 万。
