据中国台湾地区媒体报道，有消息指出，苹果将在10月份中旬另外举办一场发布会，发布一些硬体产品，其中很有可能就包括新iPadPro。今年9月份的苹果发会上，苹果只发布了iPhoneX系列三款新手机和AppleWatchSeries4。不过，此前曝光过对的新版本iPadPro系列产品并没有登场，令不少果粉感到相当失望。
