随着移动互联网以及硬件的快速发展，现在出门一部手机几乎可以应对所有的事情。今天，江苏省政府正式对外宣布，在和支付宝合作“江苏政务”小程序2.0版本里上线电子结婚证。据悉，在江苏已经登记结婚的夫妻，只要打开支付宝搜索“江苏政务”，在“我的卡包”里刷脸就能领取到和实体证相对应的电子结婚证。
